TODD SEROKA Chief Information Officer     Todd Seroka, chief information officer, has been part of Ilitch Holdings, Inc. since June 1999.  He joined the Ilitch family of companies after serving as an associate partner with Andersen Consulting. Seroka provides technology vision and leadership to the company and its affiliate businesses for developing and implementing Information Technology initiatives. Seroka earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management and Economics from Eastern Michigan University in 1984 and continued his graduate studies in Operations Management at Colorado State University from 1984-86.
